Meet the members of the Penticton SAR team, check out our equipment and find out what we are all about! We will be bringing our fleet, watch demonstrations by our specialty teams all while listening to a band and enjoying some lunch from the food trucks set up beside us.

About the event
It's our 50th Anniversary and we want to share what we do with you!
We will be setting up our equipment in Gyro Park, along with bringing our fleet for everyone to see. Come wander around and meet the team, watch some demonstrations of how we use some of our equipment in the field used by our Ground Search and Rescue technicians, as well as our specialty teams. Make and afternoon and have some fun - we'll have live music with a band, and lunch options available from the food trucks hanging out with us in Gyro Park. Don't forget to visit some of our other community reps from the RDOS Emergency Program, Adventure Smart, BC 4wheel Drive association, PACA and the Sno-Trackers that will also be with us!
